The Intuitive Melanated Life Coaching (IMLC) program is a revolutionary certification designed to empower leaders to create transformational experiences that inspire growth, healing, and impactful change. This advanced 3-month program equips participants with the foundational tools of course design, master facilitation techniques, and the ability to ask powerful, thought-provoking questions that foster deep, engaging conversations.

Participants embark on an introspective journey, exploring their own biases, privileges, and intersectional identities. This work cultivates authentic leadership, fostering the ability to guide others with empathy and integrity while leveraging influence to create positive change.
The program emphasizes hands-on learning, enabling participants to develop an 8-week course framework tailored to their unique gifts and purpose. With a focus on effective course design, graduates leave with a blueprint embedded with Social Emotional Learning (SEL) competencies and inclusive practices. Along the way, participants gain confidence in their ability to facilitate transformational group coaching sessions and lead impactful conversations that inspire self-discovery and intuitive thought.

These 8 weeks have been transformational in being my true self! I experienced trauma at an early age and have been disconnected from myself for so long. I felt that I needed to always be so strong and independent. What I uncovered over these last 8 weeks is that I am not alone. I am the child of the Most High, protected, and destined for joy and greatness. I’ve been able to lean into the higher power and get in touch with my body to make me more vulnerable and feel. I’ve learned to speak to myself with more compassion and trust the natural gifts I was blessed with. I feel lighter and safer to be who I truly am. I know this is just the beginning to walking in my true purpose without apology.

This journey has been so amazing to me. It has allowed me to really dive deeper into my inner self, be more aware of my gifts and how to properly use them.
